San Brussels
On my last night in Brussels I made my way over to San, a French restaurant led by chef Toshiro and owned by San Hoong Degeimbre. At San I got to experience their 5 course dinner tasting menu with some definite hits and a couple questionably delicious dishes. I consider myself a more reserved foodie, but it was fun to get out of my comfort zone and San and try somethings I would never normally order for myself. The overall experience at San is both uniquely delicious and a food art marvel. I highly recommend checking it out if you find yourself in Brussels!! You don’t want to miss out on this (seasonally changing) culinary adventure.
