About
Hi there, my name is Emi!
I'm a 20-something tech consultant living in the amazing, thrilling, and windy city of Chicago. Between my appetite for all things tasty and a passion for travel, I have become a big fan of the food blogging world. From local food trucks to fine dining, there isn’t anything I’m unwilling to try. My passion for food and travel grew immensely from the time I spent living in Italy. After a few months in Milan, I began to start blogging about my dining experiences, recipes, lifestyle, and trips around the globe. After nearly 3 years of documenting my food and travel adventures, I launched a lifestyle section. In “Lifestyle”, you will find commentary on a variety of topics that I find interesting from Corporate America to my best reads.
When I am not blogging, I enjoy traveling the globe with friends and growing my love of photography.
It’s been my pleasure creating the posts of Emi Eats, and I hope you enjoy my blog as well as the little glimpses into my life.
